Be Ready

  • BCM baes are ready to show up with positive vibes and show out as their authentic selves. In this safe space, we are committed to uplifting and supporting Sista baes while promoting wellness and fun.

  • Be Responsible

    • BCM Baes read and partake in book discussions (in-person or virtual), participate in social outings(when applicable), and any opportunities presented to grow our sisterhood. BCM baes check the BCM platforms for information (challenges, reading guides, newsletters) and showcase/share BCM posts. Baes partake in community service initiatives (ie. Fundraising, and volunteering) and honor commitments they make to the group.

  • Be Respectful

    • BCM Baes bring their lived experiences to the space while holding space for others’ perspective. Book Baes are mindful of how they show up in the space and are open-minded to encourage personal growth. Every bae has a voice!

We are located in the tri State area However, We are accepting members from all over.
